Annual plans renew yearly until canceled in Billing. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Stripe shows the renewal terms and any tax before you confirm; no charge occurs merely by creating an account.
7-day refund policy: We provide a full refund when requested within seven calendar days of an initial or renewal charge if no paid report pack has been generated in that payment period. After generation, refunds are considered for a verified technical failure or when required by law. Read the refund terms.
